ReplayTV Lowers Price of "The Ultimate DVR Experience" With New "PC Edition Version 1.2" DVR Software Update
— New Version of ReplayTV’s Leading-Edge DVR Software Features Lower Price Point, Additional Mouse Support and Other Advancements —
Cupertino CA, March 1, 2007 — ReplayTV®, the pioneer of digital video recording, today introduced a new software update to its ReplayTV PC Edition DVR software -- Version 1.2. Now available at a lower price ($49.95), PC Edition Ver. 1.2 adds enhanced mouse features and continues to offer TV enthusiasts the Ultimate DVR Experience. Current owners of PC Edition will be able to upgrade to the new version via free download beginning March 1st.

New Mouse Features
The enhanced mouse functionality in PC Edition Ver. 1.2 provides users with new recording options for an added level of convenience and flexibility. Key enhancements include One Click Mouse Record and One Click Season Record , which allows users to record a show while browsing the guide by simply right clicking once. A second right click of their mouse will record the entire season of the show.
In addition, the new Auto-Scrolling in Channel Guide and Auto-Scrolling in List Screens features, allows easy navigation by automatically scrolling whenever a user positions the mouse cursor at either the top, bottom, left or right side of the screen. As a new visual cue, the cursor will now change to an arrow to indicate the direction of scrolling.
Availability and Pricing
ReplayTV PC Edition will be offered with a free 30-day trial download at ReplayTV.com. It can be purchased for $49.95, which includes one year of ReplayTV Electronic Program Guide service for the PC Edition (annual EPG fee thereafter: $19.95 per year).
ReplayTV PC Edition will also be bundled in the box with select Hauppauge WinTV/PVR tuner cards, also with a free 30-day trial. ReplayTV PC Edition is compatible with select Hauppauge WinTV PVR tuner cards and uses Hauppauge's remote control and set-top box IR blaster, and is compatible with terrestrial antenna, most analog cable and select digital cable and satellite set-top boxes.
