Ian Shea, VP and General Manager, ReplayTV
Ian Shea serves D&M Holdings as its VP and General Manager of ReplayTV.
Ian oversees all aspects of the business including sales, marketing, operations, public relations, finance and corporate strategy.
Ian started with ReplayTV in 2000, previously working as an Associate at Patricof & Co. Capital where he focused on providing merger and acquisition and restructuring advisory services to entrepreneurs and their companies. Prior to Patricof & Co. Capital, Ian worked at Prudential Securities as a member of the technology investment-banking group providing a full range of financial advisory and strategic services to mid-sized technology companies.
Ian holds a BS from Cornell University and is a candidate for an MBA from Columbia University and an MBA from the University of California at Berkeley.
Mark Goodwin, VP Engineering and Product Development
Mark Goodwin serves D&M Holdings as Vice President of Engineering and Product Development for the ReplayTV Business Unit.
Mark leads ReplayTV’s product development, engineering, QA, program management and user experience. He has been a key player in the design, development and creation of digital video recorders from early set-top boxes to ReplayTV Personal HD for the PC.
Mark joined ReplayTV in 2000 after spending 7 years at Euphonix Inc as Director, Software Development, where he worked with numerous studios including Skywalker Ranch and Todd AO to design and develop digital audio mixing consoles for music, film and broadcast.
Mark holds a Bsc (Honors) in Computer Science from the University of Teesside, United Kingdom.
David Riley, Director of Marketing
David Riley serves D&M Holdings as Director of Marketing for the ReplayTV Business Unit.
David leads sales, marketing, and public relations and brings more than 15 years of consumer and high tech product marketing experience to ReplayTV.
David joined D&M Holdings in 2006, previously managing marketing functions at Hewlett-Packard, Tandem Computers, Infogrames (Atari), and Capcom Entertainment.
David holds a B.A. from the University of Michigan in Organizational Behavior and Advertising, and an M.B.A. (Honors) in Marketing and Finance from the University of Arizona.
Eric Listol, Director of Network Operations
Eric Listol serves D&M Holdings as Director of Network Operations for the ReplayTV Business Unit.
Eric is responsible for the overall evaluation, planning, execution and success of networking services critical to ReplayTV. He leads a hybrid team (engineering and operations-oriented) consisting of engineers, architects and administrators responsible for the design, development, quality of service, reliability and cost-efficiency of the ReplayTV production network.
Eric joined ReplayTV in 2000, after spending 7 years at Lucent as Senior Manager of Data Infrastructure and Voice Information Technology.
Eric holds a BS in Industrial Technology from San Jose State University.
Chuck LaDow, Director of Customer Care
Chuck LaDow serves D&M Holdings as Director of Customer Care for the ReplayTV Business Unit.
Chuck joined ReplayTV in 2003 and leads all aspects of customer service, providing the key point of contact to ensure high-level customer satisfaction. He provides both strategic direction and daily management to enable ReplayTV to deliver consistent, high quality, cost effective technical support to existing and potential customers.
Chuck brings more than 20 years of experience from companies such as Apple Computer, Dell Inc., Tandem Computers and Digital Equipment Corporation.
Tomoko Shintani, Program Manager
Tomoko Shintani serves D&M Holdings as Program Manager for the ReplayTV Business Unit.
Tomoko is responsible for driving deliverables for all aspects of engineering, marketing, operations and sales to ensure the successful launch of ReplayTV products.
Tomoko first joined ReplayTV in 2000 and served as liaison to then partner Panasonic. In 2002, Tomoko joined Namco Hometek where she managed numerous video game titles as an Associate Producer. Tomoko returned to ReplayTV in 2004 to head up Program Management.
Tomoko holds a BA (Honors) in History from San Jose University, and is fluent in Japanese.
