Eric Listol serves D&M Holdings as Director of Network Operations for the ReplayTV Business Unit.

Eric is responsible for the overall evaluation, planning, execution and success of networking services critical to ReplayTV. He leads a hybrid team (engineering and operations-oriented) consisting of engineers, architects and administrators responsible for the design, development, quality of service, reliability and cost-efficiency of the ReplayTV production network.

Eric joined ReplayTV in 2000, after spending 7 years at Lucent as Senior Manager of Data Infrastructure and Voice Information Technology

Eric holds a BS in Industrial Technology from San Jose State University.
